JOB SUMMARY
A Station Manager (SM) is in charge of the day-to-day operations of a branch/station, which can include inventory, employee scheduling, hiring and training, ordering and receiving supplies, and marketing. SMs also keeps an eye on competitor prices, ensure pump maintenance, and regularly report to the Area Operation Manager (AOMs).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSees to it that the Branch/Station operation is running systematically in accordance with the standards set by the Company.
Sees to it that all Branch/Station employees are functioning effectively in accordance with their individual Job Descriptions.
Conducts 5-10 minute meetings with all the Branch/Station Personnel every shift for reminders, proper turnover, and repetition of Basic Forecourt Service Steps (BFS).
Prepares Pump Attendant’s work schedule and day-offs.
Summarizes the employees’ requests and records including 201 files, ledgers, memos, forms, and reminders that require immediate action and dissemination.
Oversees and assists the job performance of the forecourt crew by going out to the forecourt area two to three times within the day.
Records, checks, and monitors the opening & closing sounding and records in the sounding notebook.
Sends fuel volume reports to the President & CEO, MMD, and Area Operations Manager (AOM).
Regularly communicates and reports to the Area Operations Manager (AOM) pertaining to all concerns in the Branch/Station operation for immediate action of the requests, approval, and FYI.
Summarizes concerns and follows up on the result thru feedback with the help of the Area Operations Manager, Admin, and HR Heads.
Monitors the inventory of all the products for sale both in the shop and in the forecourt area.
Takes charge of all daily cash collection, and reports, and prepares deposit slips for bank pick up.
Prepares and balances the daily shop sales summary, inventory, and display of products in the shop.
Safeguards the Petty Cash & Cash Sales to be kept in the vault.
Performs pump meter reading every change shift witnessed by the Forecourt Supervisor and the Pump Attendant.
Performs daily inventory per shift (morning, noon, and night) to make sure that it is balanced with the actual daily collection both in cash, check, and credit sales.
Prepares, reviews, and summarizes the Branch/Station payroll and submits it to HO.
Acts as the petty cash custodian, and prepares daily PCF Count.
Implements Basic Forecourt Service Steps (BFS) and 5S in the Branch/Station.
Monitors the fuel competitor’s price.
Records and monitors the calibration and pump out.
Reviews the Statement of Accounts, Summary Sales, Remittance Notebook, 2T Notebook, and Sounding Notebook, and deliveries of lubricants in the forecourt to make sure that the records are fully recorded.
Resolves customer complaints by offering alternative solutions to the problem that will be acceptable to the customer and the Management.
Orders out-of-stock products in the Branch/Station approved by the Area Operations Manager (AOM).
Checks daily the general condition of the Branch/Station building, office, generator set, forecourt area, landscape, comfort rooms, CCTV cameras, fire extinguisher expiry date, electrical & water connection, etc.
Follows up on the repair & maintenance requests of the Branch/Station.
Represents the Branch/Station during every scheduled audit and shows that the audit findings will be recorded and closed immediately.
Conducts interviews and pre-screening of Pump Attendant applicants in the Branch/Station (if applicable on the assigned branch).
Conducts orientation to the newly hired selected Pump Attendants (if applicable on the assigned branch).
Evaluates Personnel Performance of all Station/Branch Personnel and gives a recommendation for termination, regularization, and or promotion based on the merit of the employee’s performance.
Monitors and updates various permits/licenses of the rentals in the Branch/Stations. See to it that these files are ready and updated all the time in time for inspection.
Performs other tasks that may be required by Area Operation Manager or by the Management whenever necessary.

JOB SUMMARY
The Junior Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, and recording a wide range of transactions. Their duties include providing administrative assistance to accountants as well as preparing statements that confirm the accuracy of database information. He also ensures that all shop sales, inventory, and business-related transactions are recorded accurately into the Accounting system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Encodes BIR sales and purchases of RPPC branches for submission before the due date.Encodes fuel inventory sheets of branches/stations into the Accounting Software.
Checks payroll of all RPPC branches/stations.
Conducts routine data entry management for accounting records including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable.
Reviews billing statements, invoices, and similar documents for accuracy; alert supervisory staff of any discrepancies.
Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
Assists the Accounting & Finance Head with urgent work in accordance with urgent requirements of the President & CEO.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Accounting & Finance Head or by Management from time to time or whenever necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or any Business related course.
Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into computer software and systems.
Preferably with proven accounting experience and familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
Must be sharp and analytical with numbers.
Must be proficient in MS Office, databases, and accounting software.
Must be organized, honest, and trustworthy.
Must be keen on following superior’s instructions.
Must have a decent presentable personality.

JOB SUMMARY
Your main responsibility will be to ensure that all company policies, memorandums, guidelines and procedures, rules and regulations, and the Company Code of Conduct and Discipline are strictly observed by all employees and implemented in all Branches.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Studies and learns by heart the full provisions of the Company Code of Conduct and Discipline, which serves as the basis for sanctions to the erring employees.Implements the full provisions of the Company Code of Conduct and Discipline to all employees.
Monitors the individual employees’ number of offenses for every violation committed.
Investigates erring employees and maintains fair and balanced provisions on the Code of Conduct and Discipline by giving strict imposition of sanctions to the employee who committed the violation of the company policy based on the Incident Report.
Categorizes the sanctions to be given to the erring employee as per the gravity of the offense committed in reference to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Discipline (e.g. written reminder, first written warning, last written warning, suspension, and termination).
Summarizes the complete set of disciplinary actions (incident report, Notice to Explain, employee’s explanation, & sanction) given to every employee for filing to their respective 201 files.
Takes charge of monitoring and updating the master list of all employees with their respective dates of employment, regularization, resignation/termination, and salary details.
Keeps the list of resigned employees with their respective date of employment and resignation dates for future reference.
Assists in giving a pre-employment orientation on Company Code of Conduct and Discipline and other internal training and seminars.
Reviews and counter checks the payroll of all the employees in all branches.
Address all employee concerns regarding HR without any delay and refer other issues and/or important concerns to the HR Head and General Manager if deemed necessary for clear instructions and immediate action and approval.
Assists the HR Team in completing urgent tasks to fast-track all pending HR transactions whenever necessary.
Maintains confidentiality in all HR and Company transactions.
Conducts OSH Orientation to all employees.
Performs other special tasks that may be required by the Management whenever necessary.

JOB SUMMARY
In-charge of all electrical requirements and generator set maintenance of all Branch/Stations and Head Office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Checks on a regular basis the electrical lines and connections of all Branches/Station and in the Head Office.
Maintains the condition of all light bulb of the entire Branches/Station and in the Head Office. Must be available 24/7 to assist if there is urgent work to be fixed.
Surveys and prepares estimate of all the electrical cost whenever there is a requirement for installation and replacement.
Maintains random checking of all generator sets condition at least once a week (oil, water, engine and parts).
Maintains cleanliness of roof, ceiling, canope, and light spreader of the Branches/Station with electrical connections.
Maintains initiative to develop and sustain the electrical maintenance of all the Branches/Station.
Performs other tasks that maybe required by Operations Area Manager, Admin Head or by the Management from time to time whenever necessary.
