    Work Location: Branched/Station Assigned in General Santos City

    Working Hours: Shifting

    JOB SUMMARY

    Ensures that the designated Pump assignment is being followed, maintained, and the Forecourt  Basic Services Steps are being followed all the time.   Making sure that the cash sales is being kept securely and should always observed Safety procedure all the time.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Maintain cleanliness of the forecourt area and assigned pump at all times.

    2. Ensure all necessary materials are prepared before each shift turnover for the proper endorsement of the Cash Sales Report.

    3. Conduct routine checks on the assigned pump to ensure it is functioning properly; immediately report any issues to the Forecourt Supervisor.

    4. Dispense fuel accurately according to the customer’s instructions.

    5. Actively promote available services, ongoing promotions, and discounts to customers.

    6. Strictly observe safety protocols and consistently follow the Basic Forecourt Service Steps.

    7. Exercise proper care and maintenance of fuel pumps and other company property.

    8. Remain alert, focused, and observant during all transactions within the forecourt area.

    9. Prepare and summarize daily cash remittance, including a detailed breakdown of bills and coins, and record this in the designated logbook for reference.

    10. Perform other tasks or duties that may be assigned by the immediate superior or Management as needed.

    JOB QUALIFICATION

    Must be a High School or Senior High School Graduate. 

    Must be honest, transparent  and trustworthy.

    Must know how to sell all the available products.

    Must know how to entertain customers.

    Must know how to understand and  follow superior and customer’s instructions.

    Must have a decent and presentable personality.

    Must be knowledgeable in operating and handling pump and other equipments.
